Salamat,

Mohammed I would urge you to take step 2CS exam before step1 and to book ASAP …as the CS result takes a long time to come out .

On the other hand if YOU delay your step1 exam up to the end of June or even July you will still be in a pretty good shape for the match.

CS exam doesnot need alot of time to study ,you just need a well focused and guided preparation during a devoted 2 or 3 weeks .

Applying on the 1st of September would tremendously increase your chances for getting more interviews as residency programs operate with a first come -first served policy.

Dear sama members, salamat

am intending to apply for the 2013 match , i did step2 and scheduled step1 in may and bcz no step 2cs will be held from 19/5 to 20/6 i have to take it thereafter which means that the reporting schedule will be from3/10 to 25/10.am asking wheither this delay in submitting exam results(after sep) will greatly influence my chances of getting interviews that i should think of taking step2cs before step1? and if i did cs 1st does the possibilty of getting observership is affected by not taking step1 yet.

I realy need your advise and suggestions. thank
