in general there are probably 3 ways to get into basic science research
(such as molecular medicine)

1. volunteer  from 3-6 month in a good research laboratory with the
intention to learn the basics of medical research.

2. do a master degree but it cost money and time

3. get into residency position with integrated research e.g. physician
scientist pathway (the most difficult)
