A 57 year old man presented with 2 weeks duration of yellow skin and eyes, dark urine and pale stools. He denied any abdominal pain or weight loss. His medical history is positive for diabetes and hypertension. He had a laproscopic cholecystectomy about 7 years ago. Physical Examination revealed  deeply jaundiced man in no distress. His abdomen was soft, non tender, no masses.
