Prof. Kevin Yakuboff is Professor of Surgery in the University of Cincinnati, and a Senior Pediatric Plastic Surgeon in Cincinnati Children’s Hospital & Medical Center. Prof Yakuboff visited Sudan in Feb 2015, and performed 23 Hand Surgeries on poor children in Soba University Hospital; focusing on not only operating but training Soba Surgical Staff in advanced Hand Surgical techniques.

Dr. Abdalla Zarroug is Associate Professor of Surgery, & Head of Fetal Surgery, Sidra Medical Center, Doha, Qatar (previously of Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN).
Dr. Zarroug mentored tens of junior Sudanese physicians from 2010 to 2014 through creating SAMA Observership Positions in Mayo Clinic. He also created SAMA research trainee positions in Mayo Clinic between 2012 to 2014 and supervised the first and second interview skills workshops in 2012 & 2013.

Dr. Elhassan is Assistant Professor of Medicine, in UCSF, Fresno, CA & Academic Hospitalist in UCSF.
Dr. Elhassan has mentored tens of junior Sudanese physicians from 2012 to 2015 through reviewing personal statements of physicians applying for Residency. Shortly after starting his tenure in UCSF, he created SAMA Observership Positions in UCSF.
