Mission Update: Dr. Isam Osman Mobile Rescue Team Brings Lifesaving Care to Sinkat, Red Sea State.

Why We Came
Sinkat, home to resilient communities, has been deeply impacted by the war in Sudan, with approximately 11,900 displaced individuals seeking refuge in the area, according to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), which strained the already fragile healthcare system

In response, the Dr. Isam Osman Mobile Rescue Team traveled to Sinkat with the following objectives:

  • Support Sinkat Hospital with medications and supplies
  • Provide free healthcare services to underserved communities.
  • Deliver health education to empower the local population with knowledge.

Our Heroes: The Heart of the Mission

Mission outcomes

  • Patients supported: Over 1,000 patients received care.
  • Clinic Services: 878 patients were seen by doctors
  • Pharmacy Support: 1,009 patients received free medications tailored to their needs.
  • Laboratory Investigations: Diagnostic tests were performed for 152 patients,

Additionally, the team supplied critical medications and medical supplies to several key entities:

  • Sinkat Hospital Emergency Room Pharmacy.
  • Renal Dialysis Center.
  • Shabab Alkhair Charity Medications Box.
  • Health and Humanitarian Aid Organization Medical Missions.
  • Sudanese Secondary Certificate Students’ First Aid Initiative
