The Youth Mentorship Committee (YMC) oversees the design and implementation of SAMA’s Youth mentorship program that includes US Emerging Leaders and Youth Ambassadors, Cairo and Sudan based staff. It empowers youth through structured mentorship, training, and community engagement rooted in SAMA’s values of excellence, integrity, and kindness. It is chaired by Dr. Salaheldin Abusin.

The committee ensures that research conducted by SAMA in clinical, humanitarian, and educational settings upholds the highest ethical standards while respecting the specific challenges of low-resource contexts such as Sudan.
