Scope of work
The Sudanese American Medical Association is seeking a professional media company in Cairo, Egypt, to provide comprehensive coverage for events on the specified dates below. The services required include:
Photography (one photographer)
- High-quality event photography to capture key moments.
- Shots of the SAMA team, speakers, audience interactions, and other highlights.
Videography (one videographer)
- Recording of all speaker speeches in high resolution.
- Edited video files provided post-event.
Zoom Live Transmission (two cameras)
- Set up and manage a live transmission of the event via Zoom
- Ensure clear audio and video quality throughout the live broadcast.
Event Dates
- December 20, 2024 (2 hours)
- December 21, 2024 (2 hours)

Cairo, Egypt
Requirements
- A team experienced in covering professional events.
- Necessary equipment for photography, videography, and live transmission.
- Availability for both event days (December 20 and 21, 2024).
Payment
- Payment will be issued in Egyptian Pounds
- Payment will only be made after submitting the final files (photography and videography).
