We are looking for M&E contractor in Tawila, Darfur

Position: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) contractor – Cholera Outbreak Response
Location: Tawila, North Darfur, Sudan
Duration: 1 month (start date as soon as possible)

Cholera has recently surged in Tawila. As of August 4, a total of 2,957 suspected cases have been reported, and the situation is expected to deteriorate in the coming months due to the current rainy season.

SAMA is responding urgently by delivering IV Ringer’s Lactate to cholera patients to save lives. We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) contractor based in Tawila to monitor and document SAMA’s cholera outbreak response in the region.

• Be based in Tawila and well-rooted in the community.
• Have experience monitoring health projects, particularly outbreak response interventions.
• Have a reliable source of internet or access to a Starlink hotspot
• Uphold SAMA’s values of Excellence, Integrity, and Kindness.
• Maintain political neutrality at all times.
• Be able to communicate quickly via WhatsApp and provide rapid updates when needed.
• Be easy to work with, proactive, and reliable.
