The Sudan Future Leaders Program was officially launched at the Dr. Bushra Ibnauf Center in Port Sudan in December 2025. This initiative aims to develop and empower the next generation of Sudanese leaders to drive the country’s recovery while advancing their own professional growth.
The program offers multiple specialized tracks that equip participants with diverse skill sets across key areas such as marketing, humanitarian response, clinical practice, and more.
As we expand to Gedarif, we are pleased to announce the launch of the program at the Dr. Bushra Ibnauf Center there. For this cycle, we are opening four positions — two in the Marketing Track and two in the Humanitarian Track.
The program combines both theoretical learning and hands-on field experience, providing participants with opportunities to apply their skills in real operational settings. This cohort will run for 10 months, concluding on December 31, 2026.
Location
- The training activities will be conducted in person at the Dr. Bushra Ibnauf Center for humanitarian relief and Development in Gedarif.
- Participants should also be prepared to travel to field locations to support ongoing operations as part of the program.

Eligibility
- Hold a degree in a relevant field (such as medicine, public health, marketing, business, or a related discipline).
- Have graduated within the past three years.
- Be currently based in Gedarif and originally from the area.
- Be available to attend the program in person at the Dr. Bushra Ibnauf Center in Gedarif.
- Be willing to travel to support field operations as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Be collaborative, adaptable, and easy to work with.
