Project ECHO Superhub Partner Launch Training Report September (22 – 24, 2026)

About the training

From September 22 to 24, 2026, SAMA’s Project ECHO Superhub held a three-day Partner Launch Training to help seven partner hubs design, launch, and manage their own ECHO programs

The training was hybrid. Participants met in person at the Dr. Bushra Ibnauf Centers in Port Sudan and Gedarif, connected by Zoom with facilitators from the ECHO Institute, ECHO Africa, and the Shendi Medical Students’ Association. In total, 39 people attended.

Sessions covered the ECHO model, hub operations, program design, facilitation, and monitoring. Each hub left with a strategic plan, identified learning priorities, and an initial roadmap for its first ECHO sessions.
